General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Sportimex Benelux B.V.

All quotations, transactions, deliveries and services are subject to the FGHS general sales and delivery terms and conditions, filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht (number 40478858), available for consultation here.

  • Orders received on working days before 12:00 will be delivered on the next working day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details for every shipment dispatched to you.
  • Orders from €500.00 (excl. VAT) are shipped free of charge (Benelux only).
  • For orders under €500.00 (excl. VAT), a surcharge of €10.00 will be applied.
  • For orders outside Benelux, actual delivery costs are charged regardless of order value.
  • Friday shipments (Saturday delivery) incur a €3.00 surcharge.
  • Friday shipments (Monday delivery) incur no surcharge.

 

Delivery Terms – Sportimex Benelux B.V.

  • Purchase prices in the Sportimex B2B webshop exclude VAT.
  • Complaints regarding delivered goods must be reported in writing within 5 working days (info@sportimex.com).
  • Missing items or shipment damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Returns are only accepted if shipped carriage paid to Sportimex Benelux B.V.
  • Invoices must be paid within 30 days.
  • Incomplete/late payment results in cancellation of any discounts or follow-up delivery discounts.
  • For incomplete/late payment, 1% interest per month and 10% fixed compensation will be charged on the outstanding balance.

 

Warranty and Return Policy – Sportimex Benelux B.V.

  • Sportimex Benelux B.V. offers a 1-year warranty, provided the product was purchased from an authorized dealer and supplied by Sportimex Benelux B.V.
  • The warranty period starts from the purchase date.
  • No warranty is provided for ice hockey sticks. (Recommendation: inform buyers of this condition to avoid future disputes.)
  • If a defect falls under the warranty terms, it will be repaired or replaced at the expense of Sportimex Benelux B.V., excluding any insurance, handling, transport or incidental costs.
  • If you wish to return a product for assessment, please notify Sportimex Benelux B.V. by phone or email before sending it.
  • A copy of the invoice and the original receipt must accompany the product when submitting a warranty claim.
  • In case of crediting, the amount will match the invoiced value, excluding shipping costs.
  • Warranty only covers defects resulting from normal use and does not apply to:
    • Incorrect or insufficient maintenance
    • Unauthorized modifications or improper use
    • Wear and tear during normal use
    • Use under conditions outside the product specifications
  • Except for the obligations expressly stated in this warranty, Sportimex Benelux B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, regardless of the legal basis of such claim.
  • If the stated conditions are not properly followed, Sportimex Benelux B.V. cannot process the warranty claim.
